My love for skiing started (as many peoples does!) through family holidays. After finishing a degree in Economics, I decided to do a winter season in France before job-hunting. Things don’t always go to plan though and I loved it so much I never left! The Espace Killy has been home since 2013 but over the years I’ve been lucky enough to teach in Italy, Switzerland, and New Zealand. My skiing highlight though has to be a mid-season ski trip to Alaska, scaring myself silly on the steeps of the Chugach mountains!
Over 10 years on, I still love teaching and helping people to overcome technical issues, bad habits or fear. My lessons are relaxed, encouraging and (hopefully!) fun so you can improve your skills and build a toolbox of technique and tactics to feel more confident in the mountains.
I’ve taught everyone from apprehensive first timers; avid skiers looking to refine technique in the bumps or off-piste; those coming back from injury; children and adults with visual impairments needing extra guidance and support on the slopes; individuals that have been pushed too hard by family or friends and want to go at their own pace; and families that can ski anywhere and everywhere and want guiding to the best spots and the best conditions.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned skier my aim is to help you make the most from your time in the mountains and reach the end of your week excited for the next one!
Hope to see you on the slopes soon.
